About our services
Sparrow Haven provides non-medical, private-pay home care services in Wayne, Washtenaw, and Oakland counties, Michigan. We do not provide skilled nursing or medical treatment.
Information only
The Site provides general information. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice, and it does not create a caregiver-client relationship.
Emergencies
If someone is in danger or needs urgent medical care, call 911. Do not use the Site, a form, email, or text message for emergencies.
Requests are not contracts
Submitting a form, emailing, or texting us asks us to contact you. Care begins only after a consultation and a written service agreement signed by you and us. Services and availability are not guaranteed.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.
Your submissions
You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not submit another person's information without their permission, and do not submit anything unlawful, abusive, or harmful.
Text messages
By checking the text-message box on a form, you agree to receive text messages from Sparrow Haven Home Care at the number you provide about your request, such as confirmation and scheduling. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape or copy the Site at scale, probe it for vulnerabilities, submit forms by automated means, interfere with or disrupt the Site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Our content
The text, logo, design, and images on the Site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Images on the Site are AI-generated illustrations and do not show our team or clients.
